Kalpvruksh InboxPilot is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application that uses artificial intelligence to help users draft, personalize, and manage email communications. • Registration: To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Subscription Plans: The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Different plans with varying features and usage limits are available. Details of our current subscription plans and pricing are available on our website.
• Billing: You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the subscription plan you select. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.

• Our Intellectual Property: The Service, including its software, design, branding (Kalpvruksh InboxPilot), and all underlying technology, is and will remain the exclusive property of Kalpvruksh AI and its licensors.
• Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you create, input, or generate using the Service (e.g., your prompts, email drafts). However, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, process, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service for you.
• AI-Generated Content: The output generated by the AI is for your use. However, due to the nature of machine learning, the output may not be unique across users, and we cannot guarantee that the same or similar text will not be generated for other users. You are responsible for ensuring that the final content is accurate and appropriate for your use case.

When you connect your Gmail account, you authorize us to act on your behalf to access and use your Gmail account for the sole purpose of providing the Service. We are not responsible for any actions, data loss, or security issues that may arise from your use of Google's services. Your use of Gmail is governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of any AI-generated content. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kalpvruksh AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• (c) any content obtained from the Service; or
• (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

• By You: You can cancel your subscription and terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
